Fellow Membership
Criteria
Recognizes an enduring commitment to ASCP. Achieved by either: 1. Maintaining membership for at least 10 years (any category) AND attending the ASCP Annual Meeting at least 5 times during those 10 years. OR 2. Maintaining membership for at least 20 years.

Developing Countries Membership Rate
A special full membership rate is available to scientists in countries defined as low, lower middle, or upper middle income by the World Bank. Eligibility requires meeting all three of the following requirements:
- Must have residency in the qualifying country.
- Must be currently living in the qualifying country.
- Must be a citizen of the qualifying country.
The discounted rates are tied to the country's GDP earnings, not individual earnings.

Member Referrals
Current ASCP members are eligible to receive $10.00 off their following year's dues for each new member they refer, up to a full year of complimentary membership. New members who are recruited by an existing ASCP member will also receive a $10.00 discount on their membership.
Multi-Year Renewals
ASCP offers incentives for purchasing multiple years of membership in advance:
- 5% off a three-year renewal
- 10% off a five-year renewal
